16 Handles provides very hands-on support from the site selection process to the grand opening and beyond. As a 16 Handles franchisee, you are truly a partner and will work closely with the franchising team including the founders of the company. During the site selection process, we will work together to understand the local market and to determine the best location for your 16 Handles store. You will then work with our team to create the optimal store layout and design. You and your managers will receive training at a corporate location for up to two weeks and receive pre-opening assistance at your own location. You will also have access to all 16 Handles’ trademarks, approved suppliers and our exclusive operational tools including our operations manual.
